Only getting three hours sleep, two nights in a row is already starting to show on my appearance: blood shot eyes, dry, dull skin and chapped lips. I know my limit and I know when I need to stop and recharge- right now!
So tonight, I’m going to bed before 10pm for the first time since starting university in February. Not only that, I’m going to be in bed by 9pm tonight.
I need some serious beauty sleep.
